Plug in the waffle maker and turn it on.
Wait for the power and ready indicator light to come on.
Pour a small amount of batter onto the cooking surface.
Close the lid and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the waffles are golden brown.
Open the lid and remove the waffles carefully.
Repeat steps 3-5 until all of the batter is used up.
