These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of gimmix.lk’s Website.
By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use gimmix.lk’s website if you do not accept all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.
The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and any or all Agreements: “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company’s terms and conditions. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers to our Company. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves, or either the Client or ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, in accordance with applicable laws of Sri Lanka. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

License
Unless otherwise stated, gimmix.lk and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on gimmix.lk. All intellectual property rights are reserved.
Delivery of Products
Orders will be delivered through a third-party courier company. Products must be thoroughly inspected before accepting delivery. If the product is damaged or parts are missing, you must immediately inform the delivery person and not accept the product. Once accepted, gimmix.lk will not entertain returns or refunds for transit damage.
Delivery time is generally 1 to 7 business days; however, times may vary depending on courier partners and locations. gimmix.lk shall not be held liable for courier delays.
Additional Weight Charges
When proceeding to delivery, if the total weight of the ordered product(s) is equal to or exceeds 2kg, additional courier weight charges will apply for deliveries handled via standard courier services.
Each additional kilogram will be charged at LKR 80.00 per kg. These excess weight charges will not apply for deliveries made via PickMe Flash or Uber Flash.
Even if the customer has completed payment via Credit/Debit Card, Bank Transfer, Koko, or Payzy, any applicable excess weight charges must be paid in cash directly to the courier at the time of delivery. Wherever possible, gimmix.lk will inform the customer in advance of such charges; however, failure to notify in advance does not waive the customer’s obligation to pay.
Order Confirmation and Availability
Customers are strongly advised to confirm product availability with the gimmix.lk team via chat or call before placing an order.
If an order is placed without prior stock confirmation and payment is completed via any accepted payment method, gimmix.lk reserves the right to take up to 5–10 working days to fulfill the order. In certain cases, fulfillment may require overseas procurement, which may result in additional processing time.
If gimmix.lk is unable to fulfill the order, payments will be refunded within 3–7 working days from the date of cancellation. Refund timelines for online payments, including Koko and Payzy, are subject to the respective payment service provider’s processing schedules, and customers must follow up with the provider directly.
By placing an order on gimmix.lk, the customer acknowledges and agrees to all delivery-related charges, fulfillment timelines, and refund conditions stated in these Terms and Conditions.
Pricing
Prices mentioned on the website may change without prior notice. Customers are advised to confirm prices before placing orders. In case of pricing errors, gimmix.lk reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the amount paid.
Payments
We accept Cash on Delivery for Colombo 1–15 and selected suburbs. We also accept Bank Transfers and online payments via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Koko, and Payzy through authorized payment gateways.
Refunds & Exchanges
Refunds for change of mind are not accepted. Refunds are only applicable in cases of product unavailability or order cancellation by gimmix.lk.
